Shanghai Finzone applies new technology to produce the new product for balcony.There are no frames between glass panels and each glass panel can freely slide to the left or right to open for ventilation or cleaning purpose.Total or partial balcony enclosure or opening is achieved.The characteristics of Finzone system makes the cleaning of the windows to be very easy,you can clean the reverse and facade with every glass panel.

The balcony installed with Finzone system looks like a transparent package balcony,which not only doesn't damage the appearance and style of the building,but also contributes a lot to the integral beauty of the balcony.

The characteristic and function presentation of  Finzone01 series:

 1 Finzone 01 used for flat windows.

  2 Finzone 01 used tempered glass 6mm or 8mm or 10mm thickness.

  3 Finzone 01 applies 6063T5 aluminum-magnesium alloy section, and the surface is treated with powder coating.

  4 Plastic part of Finzone 01 is made of Granule of Nylon 66 and the swell material according to the required capability by the different parts.

  5 Finzone 01 applies SS304 stainless steel, its tensile strength reaches 600N/m2, its hardness is 180HV, and it will not break during its usage.

  6 Compared with the ordinary roller, the super-high precision bearing roller applied in the Finzone 01 largely improves the mute effect and smooth degree during the moving of the glass panel.

  7 Finzone 01 strengthens the upper profile and lower profile , so the thick of the upper profile is 3.1mm,the height of the upper profile is 90mm.

  8 The specifications of selection is according to the height of balcony. The width of the glass used between 400 ~ 600mm.The max height of the glass used 3000mm.
